About the Role

The Sales Executive will attract and complete new sales of products and services in line with Company processes and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Achieving sales targets and average gross profit margins.
  • Handling all telephone and email enquires in relation to new sales.
  • Actively identify and exploit all potential business opportunities.
  • Proactively upsell additional services and products to existing clients.
  • Ensure that all contracts are set up on standard terms promptly and accurately.

Greenzone has two exciting opportunities for full-time Account Co-ordinators to join our dynamic team based in Newark, Nottinghamshire. One role will work as part of our Facilities Management team and the other as part of our Key Accounts team.

About the Role

The Account Co-ordinator will provide administrative and customer service support to either our Key Account or Facilities Management functions and also provide direct communication to our customer base.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing all administrative duties related to our Key Account or Facilities Management customer base.
  • Managing and facilitating service adjustments.
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients to resolve queries whilst providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensuring Company systems are accurately updated with client collection data.

About You

About the Role

Acting as the main point of contact for our clients, The Key Account Manager will provide expert management of key accounts and develop strategic relationships, and taking ownership of driving account retention, and revenue and profit targets.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • A focus on creating opportunities to grow revenue and profit in line with Company targets;
  • Understanding the requirements of our key account clients and identifying solutions to meet these needs.;
  • Taking ownership of senior executive level strategic relationships.;
  • Evaluating internal and external client feedback to ensure optimal delivery of services and projects, continual communication, and continued improvement of delivery.;

About the Role

The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for the handling of customer queries. The role will display a high level of excellent customer service at all times to ensure queries and issues are resolved promptly.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Arranging and logging waste collections..
  • Investigating and resolving missed waste collections.
  • Dealing with customer and supplier queries, ensuring all interactions are logged correctly..
  • Ensuring customers and suppliers are kept up to date at all times regarding queries..
  • Assisting with the day to day running of client accounts with support from the Key Account or Facilities Management team.
  • Conducting courtesy calls to customers to ensure deliveries and collections have been carried out.
About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong confident personality with extensive experience of working in a customer facing role. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to enable you to communicate with customers and suppliers at all levels. The successful candidate will be able to manage their own workload and time efficiently and work well under pressure. Experience of working in the waste industry would be desirable but not essential.
