About The Role

The Key Account Manager will develop a strong working relationship with your dedicated clients, working closely with them enabling you to demonstrate an understanding of their needs and offer innovations and solutions to their waste management contract. You will be responsible for working closely with the Account management team to help drive innovative solutions and deliver a service to meet the client’s expectations. You will be able to identify new revenue streams and be able to present them in a clear and concise way.

You will be expected to work to achieve the company KPIs that are set by the business and specific tailored KPI’s your client’s requirements. This job role will enable you to expand your knowledge of the clients industry as well as that of the waste industry, you will be expected to use this knowledge to offer a bespoke waste management solution to your client’s requirements strategically, without compromising key aspects such as: profit margin, service provision and legislation. .

About You

You should be driven and passionate, able to manage your own time and workload with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team. You will need a good telephone manner and be computer literate..

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the Account Management Team in account retention by developing professional relationships with key people.
  • Regular contact with your accounts and develop a strong working relationship
  • Conducting site audits and meetings where appropriate.
  • Be the first point of contact for account escalations internally and with the customer.
  • Work effectively with our supply chain to ensure that service provision is upheld.
  • Resolve account escalations and complex account queries.
  • Liaise with Credit Control to ensure that the account is up to date in line with their payment terms and deal with invoice issues and debts.
  • Regularly review your accounts and make suggestions for cost savings and improvements.
  • Deal with new site setups and software amendments.
  • Provide monthly reports/KPI’s to the clients as per their requirements.
  • Work part of a team to meet the departmental and company objectives.

Experience and Skills

  • Good Excel Skills with the ability to analyse data
  • Efficient Organisation – you will need to work accurately and efficiently with an eye for details so that your customer always received a high quality of service.
  • Communication – You will be liaising with stakeholders of all levels you will have a high level of verbal and written communication.
  • Numerical Ability – You will be able to analyse data, calculate pricing and ensuring profit/ margin is in line with the company expectations and be confident in providing financial reporting when required.
  • Time Management – You will be able to manage your own workload and projects and work to deadlines provided.
  • Customer Service – You will have great customer service skills always ensuring the client’s needs and expectations are met..
  • Resourceful and dynamic with the ability to be work on own initiative as well as part of a team – Essential.

Greenzone are looking to recruit a web developer to help support our companies growth into modern websites and apps. Greenzone provides Customer Focused, Innovative and Proactive Dependable Waste, Energy and Communications Services. You would be working as part of a team of developers and will be responsible for upgrading and maintaining the web services we provide. This ranges from our current website, updating our existing customer portal and building and maintaining new projects.

About You

We are keen to speak to developers with a minimum 1-2 years commercial experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work, takes ownership of the projects they are given and enjoys learning new technologies. They must also have good communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team.


The candidate should have good knowledge of working with HTML5, CSS and Javascript. The job involves building and maintaining company websites, the bulk of which will be done using the Bootstrap 4 Framework. The candidate should have some examples of previously completed work, with evidence on how they followed modern design principles, such as responsive design.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Development of web-based applications.
  • Support of existing systems
  • Building systems with the latest technologies.
  • Ensuring the responsiveness and performance of applications.
  • Liaising with senior developers
  • Ability to take ownership of projects
  • Attending and Providing demonstrations
  • Customer Support

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience with HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, Javascript.
  • Understands technical and functional design requirements
  • Identify and resolve system deficiencies
  • Adhering to modern web design standards

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with JS frameworks preferably Vue.js / Angular
  • Experience connecting to WebAPIs and testing them (Postman)
  • Experience with Cross Platform app development
  • Experience in code collaboration & version control. We currently use TFS / Git
  • A good understanding of UI/UX
  • Experience with Sass


  • Minimum of 1-2 years development experience
  • Previous working examples of sites and systems you’ve worked on.
  • Knowledge of mobile web standards.
  • Ability to work in agile teams.
